I feel kind of bad about starting a new blog.
I kept a fairly active one on MySpace, but not everyone is on there anymore if they ever were. So, I suppose that this is a better venue, allowing a greater audience.
My life is currently failry interesting. West Point is…blah. As good an opportunity as it is, there is a lot to put up with. I feel like the upperclassmen don’t really understand what they are here to learn. Before coming here, I wondered why a lot of officers were…shall we say…not well liked or respected. Now, seeing the way they are “trained” here, I understand.
Alas, complaining about it won’t help any. I can only concern myself with my own development as a leader and use their examples as what not to do.
